About me

Hi, I'm Tatiana, the creatrix of this website that will hopefully become your companion for the coming weeks or months. Food has always been my passion, and I am ecstatic that it has unfolded into one of my professions (I am also a translator, editor, language teacher and a yogini/fitness expert).

My relationship with food has not always been straightforward. I have had allergies as a child, an eating disorder as an adolescent, followed by severe IBS. Besides, I struggled with weight: even though I have never been overweight per se, I had not understood what makes me lose or gain weight, or why I was not able to maintain my ideal weight when I had reached it.

In search of an answer I have experimented with fasting including a 40-day fast during which I just drank water, the Michel Montignac approach (popular in the 90s), vegetarianism, veganism, Ayurveda, various yogic cleanses, the Green Juice diet, The Sirt Food diet, dietary supplements to name a few… None of them brought lasting results and some of them didn’t bring any at all.

Well now, after doing a course in Nutrition based on medical dietology, I know the answers. I have learned how the body functions on the biological and emotional levels, what quantities of nutrients it needs, and how to implement these changes into one’s life.

Balanced nutrition is a simple, logical, kind and 100% effective approach, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
