What I do
I am a passionate nutritionist and yoga teacher/fitness expert. I specialise in helping women lose weight naturally, safely and happily, and most importantly — for ever.
In helping you to achieve your goal I begin by considering the following factors:
- Your age, height, and desired weight
- Your current eating habits
- How far you are from your goal
- Any hormonal imbalances, eg poor sleep, irregular or painful periods, belly fat
- Any micronutrient deficiencies, eg iron deficiency anaemia
- Any digestive disorders, eg IBS
- Your level or interest in physical activity, including any injuries
- Your work and lifestyle routines
- Any medical conditions that might affect weight loss, eg diabetes.
How it works
I will prepare an analysis of your current nutritional health and a detailed strategy to achieve your ideal weight in your chosen number of weeks as well as provide daily support and weekly Zoom sessions for you to share your progress, ask questions and ignite your motivational fire!
